Every vial we sell is tied to a batch, and every batch has a record. This page explains what we check, what the record contains and how to request it.
What we record for each batch
- Identity by mass spectrometry, confirming the molecular weight of the target compound.
- Purity by reverse phase HPLC, reported as the share of the main peak.
- Appearance of the lyophilized powder or solution.
- Net content per vial, stated on the label.
- Batch number and fill date, printed on the vial and on the record.
How to request a certificate of analysis
Send us your order number and the batch number printed on your vial through the contact page, choosing COA request as the topic. We reply with the record for that batch, usually within one business day.
Packaging and storage in transit
Peptides are freeze dried before filling, which removes water and makes them stable at room temperature for the length of normal shipping. Vials are sealed with a rubber stopper and aluminum crimp cap, then packed to protect them from light and impact.
When your order arrives, move sealed vials to cold storage. Our research guide covers storage and reconstitution in detail.
Our labels
Each vial label shows the compound name, the net content and a research use only statement. The cap color tells you the research area at a glance: teal for metabolic, coral for tissue, violet for neural, gold for cellular, blue for endocrine and silver for reconstitution supplies.
What we do not do
We do not make claims about the effects of any compound in humans or animals, and we do not provide dosing guidance. Our documentation describes the material, not its use.
