Thymosin α-1 10mg
Thymosin alpha 1 is a 28 amino acid acetylated peptide originally isolated from thymic tissue. It is one of the best characterized immune signaling peptides. Laboratory research covers dendritic cell and T cell activation, toll like receptor signaling and immune response modulation in cell and animal models.
Thymalin 10mg
Thymalin is a peptide preparation originally derived from thymus tissue, with research focused on its role in immune regulation. It is part of the thymic bioregulator family. It is studied for T cell differentiation, immune balance markers and age related changes in thymic function in laboratory models.
KPV 10mg
KPV is the tripeptide lysine, proline, valine, taken from the C terminal end of alpha melanocyte stimulating hormone. It retains much of the anti inflammatory signaling seen with the parent hormone in laboratory models. KPV is studied in intestinal epithelial cell models, dermal inflammation research and NF kappa B pathway assays, often in comparison with full length alpha MSH.
How researchers use it
Use it to study T cell signaling, immune balance and NF kappa B related inflammation in the same model. Storage and handling
Store sealed vials at -20 °C, protected from light, for long term stability. Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening to prevent condensation. After reconstitution, keep the solution refrigerated and avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
Most studies also need a diluent. Bacteriostatic water suits every compound in this set, and one 30ml vial covers several reconstitutions.
