This policy explains when and how an order can be cancelled, and what happens to your payment. It works alongside our shipping and returns policy and terms of sale.
Cancelling before your order ships
You can cancel any order that has not yet been packed. Email talkto@peptidereferencelab.com with your order number and the word “Cancel” in the subject line, or use the form below. Orders are usually packed within one business day, so the sooner you contact us the more likely the cancellation can be made.
Orders that have already shipped
Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier it cannot be recalled or redirected by us. Research materials that have left our control cannot be returned for resale, so shipped orders are not eligible for cancellation. If the parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, the damaged and incorrect items section of our shipping policy applies.
Refunds for cancelled orders
A cancelled order is refunded in full to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within two business days of the cancellation being confirmed. How long the money takes to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider, which is usually between three and ten business days.
Changing an order instead of cancelling
If you only need to change a size, add an item or correct an address, tell us before the order is packed and we will update it without cancelling. Price differences are charged or refunded on the same payment method.
Orders we cancel
We may cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, if an item turns out to be out of stock, or if we have reason to believe the products are intended for anything other than laboratory research. In each case you receive a full refund and an email explaining the reason.
