Orders and payment
- Placing an order: choose a size on any product page, add it to your cart and check out. You will be asked to confirm the research use only conditions.
- Changing or cancelling: see the cancellation policy. Orders can be changed or cancelled until they are packed.
- Larger quantities: see wholesale accounts for tiered pricing and single batch allocation.
Shipping and delivery
- Processing times, packaging and international orders are covered in shipping and returns.
- Damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and products.
- Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. If tracking stops moving for 10 business days, contact us and we will open a claim.
Documentation
- Certificates of analysis: see quality and COA for what each report contains.
- Checking a batch: follow the steps on verify your COA or send us the batch number.
- Handling guidance: the research guide covers storage, reconstitution and diluents.
