Semax 10mg
Semax is a synthetic heptapeptide based on the ACTH(4-7) fragment extended with Pro-Gly-Pro. It has no hormonal adrenal activity while keeping the neuroactive properties of the parent fragment. Laboratory work focuses on BDNF and TrkB expression, cerebral ischemia models, dopaminergic and serotonergic signaling and attention related behavior in rodents.
Selank 10mg
Selank is a synthetic seven amino acid peptide built from the immunomodulatory peptide tuftsin with an added Pro-Gly-Pro sequence for stability. It was developed at the Institute of Molecular Genetics in Russia. Researchers examine Selank in models of anxiety related behavior, GABAergic signaling, BDNF expression and enkephalin degradation, and frequently compare it with Semax.
Dihexa 10mg
Dihexa is an orally active small peptide derivative of angiotensin IV. It was designed to be metabolically stable and to cross the blood brain barrier in animal models. Research centers on its potentiation of hepatocyte growth factor at the c-Met receptor, synaptogenesis, dendritic spine formation and cognition models in rodents.
How researchers use it

Storage and handling
Store sealed vials at -20 °C, protected from light, for long term stability. Allow the vial to reach room temperature before opening to prevent condensation. After reconstitution, keep the solution refrigerated and avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
Most studies also need a diluent. Bacteriostatic water suits every compound in this set, and one 30ml vial covers several reconstitutions.
